LIGHTWEIGHT - A standard full walk-through Supertrestle NZ Aluminium H Frame weighs less than 8 kgs!

STRENGTH & DURABILITY - Thick wall high tensile (6261 T6) aluminum used.- Certified MIG Welding throughout.

Reinforced sleeves at the base of every frame upright gives a wall thickness of 9mm needed to prevent crimping at a major stress point.

The design feature of the lower cross member ensures the H Frames retain their rectangular integrity.

Galvanized steel cross-braces add strength and life to the system.

DESIGN - Structural members have an outside diameter (48.6mm) which is compatible with standard scaffold couplings and fittings.

.....- The lower cross member allows stair units and ladders a lower support position and also helps in setting-up and dismantling of multi-level assemblies.

.....- Self-contained heavy duty gravity latches for cross-braces bolt through uprights.

.....- High tensile spring pins lock frame standards together preventing accidental dislodgement. These clips also lock base plates to uprights.

- Designed at all points to allow easy replacement of any component.

HEAVY DUTY CERTIFICATION - Supertrestle NZ’s H Frame systems have been tested by the Materials Testing Laboratory and have been certified as complying with AS/NZS 1576 as follows:
.....- up to two levels of platforms the H Frames are rated Heavy Duty
.....- for three levels they are Medium Duty
.....- and for 14 metres they are classed as Light Duty.

SAFETY - All personnel setting up or using scaffolding must comply with the approved Codes of Practice for the Safe Erection and Use of Scaffolding.
